Answer: The owners of G7 Fitness and it’s distributors have been in the fitness products business for over 15 years.

Question: Why don't you have a toll free phone number to call?
Answer: We have tested a customer service phone number in the past and we received over 150 calls a day. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible on the internet we have decided to use e-mail only for customer support (similar to Amazon.com and other major internet retailers).

Question: How do I know that you are a legitimate company before I use my credit card?
Answer: G7 Fitness is a member of GeoTrust, only qualified companies can become GeoTrust members.

Answer: The business office is located in Southern California, but orders are shipped from warehouses nation-wide.
